Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

It's important to us that you're happy with whatever you purchase from Tanner Cōste.  Because our products are produced through a made to order process - each item is created especially for you.  We hope you'll take that into consideration when ordering, as with custom built product we are not set up to accept returns/exchanges.  However, in the case that the product arrives incorrect or damaged, you will be refunded - no problem.

To complete your refund, please email support@tannercoste.com with your order number and reason for refund request within a week after receipt. We will take it from there.
