Return & Refund Policy
Because every Tanner Cōste product is made to order - printed especially for you when you place your order - we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference. We encourage you to review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us at support@tannercoste.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method - your choice.
What Is Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Items ordered in the wrong size (please check size guides before ordering)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement or your order has not arrived significantly past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@tannercoste.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
